Mead Product Development in Ireland – National Brewing & Distilling Centre Carlow

We’re pleased to share strong progress in our mead product development in Ireland, working in collaboration with the National Brewing & Distilling Centre in Carlow.

At this advanced brewing facility, we are refining our Irish mead recipes, testing fermentation techniques, and developing flavour profiles using high-quality Irish honey, including wildflower and heather blends. This work is helping us ensure consistency, quality, and a distinctive character as we bring our mead to market.

Partnering with one of Ireland’s leading centres for brewing and distilling innovation allows us to combine traditional mead-making methods with modern science and expertise.
