Personalised for Your Special Day

We believe your mead should be as unique as your vows. We offer complete customization to ensure our craft fits your vision:

• Tailored Bottling: Bespoke labels and bottle styles that match your wedding theme and color palette.

• Signature Blends: Work with us to select flavor profiles—from floral orange blossom to spiced winter berries—that resonate with your personal taste.

• Commemorative Casks: For a truly rustic aesthetic, our hand-finished casks can be engraved or decorated specifically for your event.

A Note on Craftsmanship: To ensure your bespoke blend is fermented, aged, and bottled to perfection, we require 12 months’ notice for all custom wedding services. This allows us to source the finest local honey and give the mead the time it needs to develop its full character for your celebration.

The ancient ceremonial

At the ancient ceremonial seat of the Hill of Tara, where High Kings were inaugurated, feasting formed part of sacred ritual.

Mead symbolised sovereignty itself—its sweetness reflecting the richness of the land. In early Irish law and lore, the right to distribute mead at a banquet was closely tied to kingship and honour.
